what does Trojan mean? :

Trojan Horse is the name of the most talked-about computer malware.  This means Troy's horse.  There is an interesting story behind this name.  Let's get to know that history -

The history behind the name "Trojan horse":

Many of us know Helen's love story.  According to this, the city of Troy was destroyed.  Helen was the beautiful wife of the Greek Spartan king Menelaus and her lover was Paris, the prince of Troy.  In their love affair, the Greeks set out on a horse race to end the long 10-year bloody war between the Greeks and Troy.  The Greeks gifted a giant wooden horse to the Trojans, saying, "You are invincible," and we gave it as a memento.

The people of Troy then took the horse inside their main gate and began to celebrate with joy.  But inside the belly of the horse is hidden the Greek invading forces and the rest of the Greek army is hiding on the island of Tenedos near Troy.  At midnight the Greek forces escaped from the horse's belly, opened the main gate, and easily defeated the unprepared Trojans.

Based on this historic battle of Troy, the Greek blind poet Homer wrote a famous epic called the Iliad because Troy's other name was Iliam.  No, I didn't just talk about Greek mythology.  Let's enter the main gate of the palace.
The character of the Trojan horse virus has a lot in common with this incident.  This malware enters the computer without the knowledge of the user.  In addition to interfering with the normal operation of the computer, it also manipulates important files...
